We will soon be changing our distribution partner to a more reliable and robust provider.
This update will bring improvements to your overall experience, but it will also require a few actions on your side.

Normal User (Free Plan) Information:
Free users may remain on our current platform for the time being. Support for the existing platform will continue, so you can keep using it without interruption.
When using our new service or transferring your account, please note that some free users may be moved back to the current platform at any time. This is to ensure we can maintain high-quality service and performance for all Tunearo users.
If you choose to sign up for or move to the new service, you will be required to accept a new set of Terms and Conditions. These updated Terms and Conditions will be published closer to the partner change date, and you will be able to review them before agreeing.
More details will be provided as we approach the transition.
Normal User (Premium Plan) Information:
If you are a Premium user, your transition to the new service will be smooth and uninterrupted. You will not need to pay again when transferring.
Within 10 working days before the official switch, we will email you a unique coupon code that will cover the remaining time on your current paid plan. Once this coupon period ends, your subscription will renew as normal at the standard rate.
Please note that Premium users will not be moved off the new service or transferred back to the old platform. Your access and benefits will remain consistent throughout and after the transition.

Whitelabel User Information:
If you are a Whitelabel user, you will not experience any changes to your dashboard, pricing, or rates* as a result of this switch. Everything will continue to function as normal.
The only differences you may notice are faster delivery times and quicker royalty reporting, thanks to the improved distribution partner.
*In line with our Terms and Conditions, we may adjust Whitelabel pricing with one yearโs advance notice. As outlined in the agreement, pricing may be increased by up to 5% every three years. If any such change is planned, we will notify you well in advance and provide full details before it takes effect.
Overall Switch Information:
We currently don't have any official ETA, but are aiming for the change to be done by Feb 2026.
